The cream has a rich, balm‑like texture and works like a “second skin”: it integrates into damaged areas, forms an additional protective layer on the surface, accelerates the healing of small cracks and abrasions, and relieves tightness, flaking, and itching.
Its scent is a creamy, buttery aroma of freshly made cocoa — this is the natural fragrance of the oils and extracts inside.

Who needs it most — and when:
-
Home gardeners
Soil, weeding, harvesting, and outdoor work severely dry out the skin, and dirt gets trapped in micro‑cracks. This cream deeply nourishes, soothes, and heals the hands after a long day in the garden.
-
Young mothers
Constant washing of bottles, toys, and endless contact with water and baby soap often thins and dries the skin. The cream quickly restores softness and comfort, helping to avoid painful cracks during this period.
-
People with chronic dermatoses (psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, eczema) during remission
In calm phases, the skin needs continuous lipid‑barrier support and water retention (emollients) to prevent flare‑ups. It’s important to avoid aggressive synthetic components - and this cream contains none.
-
Men who work with their hands
Construction, repairs, contact with cement, wood, metal, mechanical oils, gasoline, or soil instantly “kill” the skin. It becomes rough, rigid, and cracks to the point of bleeding. The cream deeply nourishes, softens calluses, and heals work‑related micro‑injuries. This is one of those rare cases when men genuinely say “thank you” for receiving a cream as a gift.
-
For cold‑induced irritation and winter weather
The cream saves the skin from freezing wind, dampness, and low temperatures. It creates an invisible yet strong protective barrier on the skin that prevents moisture from evaporating, protecting against chapping, redness, and itching outdoors.
-
And for everyone else who has somehow damaged the skin on their hands
Why it truly works:
-
Erases dryness and flaking
Natural cocoa butter, shea butter, and rare murumuru butter deeply nourish even the roughest skin. Hands instantly feel soft, smooth, and supple.
-
Heals without irritation
A next‑generation active — hairy fleabane extract — is a safe, plant‑based analogue of retinol. It supports rapid skin renewal, heals cracks and chapped areas, but does not cause allergies or irritation.
-
Soothes problem skin
Medicinal extracts of sage, chamomile, walnut, and a biotechnological magnolia flower complex (magnolol, honokiol) reduce irritation, calm inflamed areas, and accelerate healing.
Within just a few uses, the cream restores a healthy appearance to the hands and protects them in any situation — from garage work to winter walks.

Ist combination of fatty acids that are chemically similar to the composition of the hy drolipidic film of the skin.
It has the ability to generate liquid crystal structures, making it an ideal biomimetic ingredient in terms of composition and structure. The distinct lamellar liquid crystal structure is remarkably similar to the skin’s own natural lipid structure, creating an excellent delivery system that provides superior hydrating effects due to the high water content of the liquid crystalline structure that forms when in contact with the skin.

Application methods and routines
Daily protective care
The best time to use this cream is your evening routine before sleep. Warm a small amount of cream between your palms. Massage it into the hands, dry areas on the elbows, and other zones. Apply an additional small amount to the cuticles and nails — this supports nail growth, strengthens the nail plate, and keeps the cuticle soft and free of cracks.
If you frequently come into contact with water and detergents, apply a thin layer of cream after every hand wash.
Intensive restoring mask (1–2 times per week)
- Step 1. Make a soothing bath
Add a small amount of SATIVA bath powder (foam or veil) to warm water. Stir until fully dissolved. Soak your hands or feet for 10–20 minutes so the concentrated herbal extracts and oils can absorb into the skin and help you relax. A detailed comparison of different foams and veils is available in the SPA section.
- Step 2. Apply the cream
Apply a thick, visible layer of cream. For a “sauna effect” and deeper penetration of oils, put on cotton cosmetic gloves and leave them on overnight. In the morning, the skin will be soft, nourished, and velvety.
Winter protection
In cold weather, apply a generous layer of cream 15–20 minutes before going outside. Natural waxes and oils will form a protective barrier during this time and help shield the skin from frost and damp gloves.
If your skin reacts very sensitively to cold weather, we recommend using Protective Winter Cream No. 31.
Cuticle and nail care
Apply a small amount of cream to the cuticles after a manicure or pedicure. Gently massage it into the nail fold and nail plate.
