Forms of payment

1. COD (Cash on delivery) or cash upon store pick up (available in Minsk only)

2. With cradit card on delivery on local Pickup (only Minsk)

3. COD at the post office (only in Belarus)

4. With credit card on the website

   Attention!

   The applicable exchange rate will be determeined by the issuing bank at the time of purchase.
   In some cases, your bank or credit card company may assess additional fees,
   which may increase the overall cost of your purchase.

Shipping method

1. In-store Pickup (only in Minsk)

   Your items will be available for a minimum of 14 days from the time your order is placed. Pickup location:

   PE "Kosmetsevtika"
   Teplichnaya 1, Minsk, Republic of Belarus

   Open Mon to Fri 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
   Closed: Sat-Sun

2. Delivery with a courier service

   The delivery period is 2-4 days.

   Attention!

   In Minsk the delivery is provided by company SAPSAN.
   It is not the same day delivery. Your order will be processed and quickly delivered to you.

   Orders placed Mon-Fri before 12:00 noon will be delivered the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon/ in the afternoon will be delivered on the second business day. Thus, orders placed Friday pm, Saturday (all day) and Sunday (all day) will be delivered on Tuesday.

     • Orders under 60 BYN – postage fee 11 BYN

3. Shippment with the Belpost and EMS (International postal Express Mail Service)

   • Belpost shipping times:

     • Belarus: 1-3 working days,
     • Russia and Commonwealth of Independent States: 4-5 working days,
     • European countries: 10-14 working days,
     • Others: up to14 days.

   • EMS shipping times:

     • Belarus: 1-2 working days,
     • Russia and Commonwealth of Independent States: 2-4 working days,
     • European countries: 7-10 working days,
     • Others: up to 7 days.

   • Shipping to Regions:

     • Republic of Belarus
